If you're interested in joining our event as an exhibitor, please complete the registration form below. Be sure to review our Terms and Conditions before submitting your application.

Who Should Exhibit?

We welcome a variety of vendors whose products appeal to our audience and align with our Pirate, Viking, or nautical theme. Ideally, we're seeking a mix of battle-ready gear, seafaring treasures, and old-world craftsmanship, such as:

• Artists and Authors: Historical fiction and creative works that transport attendees to times past.

• Armory & Forge (Viking & Pirate Staples): Hand-Forged Steel, Leatherwork, & Woodwork.

• Maritime & Nautical Treasures: Carved bone, brass items, glassworks, or driftwood. 

• Adornments & Loot: Costume apparel and accessories, themed-jewelry, decor items, apothecary and oils. 

• Fantasy Goods: Rune stones, potions, wands, and gamer paraphrenalia

• Culinary Rations: Dried meats & jerky, artisan honey & preserves, tankards and drinking horns.

Please note, we do not accept applications from direct sales or MLM companies.​
