If accepted, I agree to keep my booth up until at least 6pm on Saturday and until 4pm on Sunday. I understand that tear downs, closing or covering of booths before the end of the event each day will result in not being welcomed back to future events. *

I understand that the Sails & Sagas Festival is a costume-encouraged event. I am committed to enhancing the atmosphere and agree to wear items that reflect a pirate or medieval style, ensuring my attire contributes to the enchanting ambiance of the event.*

I understand that it is my responsibility to have my own vendor insurance.*

I understand that, if accepted, it is my responsibility to supply my own tent, tables, chairs, and power supply. *

I understand that this is a public event and photographs will likely be taken. If you wish to not be photographed by 4 Wands Faerie Events staff please let us know upon check-in. We will do our best to make sure that you are not filmed close up, however distance shots are inevitable and necessary for future promotion.*

I understand that this is a juried application process and that acceptance at a previous event does not guarantee acceptance at Sails & Sagas - I have read the Terms & Conditions for merchant applicants.*
