Prepare to heave, haul, and hold the line

at our featured spectacle: the epic Pirates vs. Vikings Tug-of-War Battle! Up to sixteen bold volunteers will step forward as champions for either Team Pirate or Team Viking in the ultimate test of strength and saltwater grit.

The stakes are as high as the high seas—the victorious team will claim a Chest of Gold. Meanwhile, the defeated team will graciously forfeit their chest to our charity of choice, the SeaChange Society, aiding in the conservation and restoration of our vital local marine ecosystems.

The Prize:

• Each player from the winning team takes home a pouch of gold to loot the marketplace PLUS any cash donated to their faction from their supporting spectators split equally among their team.

NOTE: To encourage more pledges from the audience, participating champions are encouraged to play to the crowd before the battle.

Not pulling the rope? You can still sway the tides! Spectators are encouraged to rally behind their favorite faction by dropping coin to top up their team’s treasure chest, simultaneously raising the stakes for the champions and increasing the bounty for an incredible cause.
